Pre Consultation stage

  • You fill the lifestyle assessment form, which helps us document & assess your current lifestyle, food habits, activity level, daily routine & medical history if any.
  • We would like to know your goals & expectations,
  • A summary of the latest medical reports if any are to be shared with us.

Consultation stage

  • You start with 30-minute consultations, where we work together to on designing an eating plan which is sustainable.
  • Weekly interactions are scheduled to review & modify your meal & exercise recommendations.
  • Special meal planning is done for special occasions like weddings, festivals, vacations or work-related travel.

Post Consultation Stage

  • Once you have achieved your goals we give you a maintenance plan & useful tips to sustain your results.
